While painting mermaids, after laying down the normal colors and scales, I use the gold through the airbrush from a distance - lightly dusting over everything. It gives a subtle sparkle over the colors. Sprays well, it's very fine. Be sure to shake it well before putting some in your airbrush.

Had great success with the gold in adding a sheen over other colors (used on mermaids to simulate scales). Using the silver for creating some robot looks. Still sprays well, it's VERY fine.
